Hateful Words

As I was browsing through my different tabs on my computer, I was looking through my Pinterest and came across this photo:

Caption: They all weigh 150lbs. It's not just about weight, do you know your BMI?

Looking at this picture, you notice that all the women are different in size (height/distribution of weight). So why do we go through all the stress of going by our weight? Why don't we just make a goal of being fit and healthy. That's what makes you really feel good about yourself. Looking at numbers and comparing yourself to others isn't going to help. Everyone was built differently, so don't go comparing yourself to others!

You hear me? [this is where you nod your head "yes"]

Ok, good you understand, but this lady didn't and was quite cruel if I do say so myself:

but it is, there is no excuse for letting yourself get to that point. these women in the photo look disgusting. go vegan and you wont ever have any of these issues. i would end it all if i could not fit into a size 4-6 , that should go for all of us.

Oh, really? You would just end it all if you were bigger than a 6? That's sad and superficial. This lady really got my blood boiling. There were more hateful comments that she made towards others and I tried to do my part and report her hatefulness. [I mean seriously lady?!]

It not only made me angry, but made me sad to know that there are those types of people out there. It also kinda hurt my feelings. I may not be 150lbs, but I sure wish I was because if I were I would be dang happy!

Don't listen to people with the viewpoint of the lady person above. You were made in the image of the one and only God. Whether you be big or small, you are beautiful. I can say this, yes I am overweight, but I keep myself active and I try my best to eat healthy, but most of all I thank God for giving me the pleasure of having a perfectly healthy body to live my life in. Don't get discouraged if you're struggling to lose weight, you can do it! Don't give up! There is no set weight that anyone should be, we're all shaped differently, we all gain our weight differently. So when you make a goal for yourself, don't go saying:

"I wanna be ___lbs"

Say something like this:

"I want to be fit and feel better"

I don't know about you, but felling better is a better motivator for me than a goal number that I probably can't reach b/c it's ridiculous.

All in all:
Don't be like said person above. Be an encourager and be a motivator! Don't be a hater. Haters are hateful and I don't want my lovely readers to be hateful. That would make me sad :(

Well, I just thought I would let y'all hear my lil words of wisdom for the day! Have a blessed day!

Love you all!!

*P.S. There's no way I could go vegan. I love meat way too much!
